The Team and Role:
The Head of Retail is responsible for overseeing all demand generation activities of the country, aligned with the Head of Marketing, Etail Lead and the Country Manager. In parallel, they are accountable for managing the retail KAM team to optimise the retail customer base.

- Developing strategy, tactics, plans and revenue targets
- Developing relationships with clients
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target segments (inc. NTC & Telco)
- Representing the business at key events
- Maximising new business development opportunities
- Overseeing a KAM team
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical and strategic direction of accounts
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the GTM process.
- Weekly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- IT, budget, report writing & presentation skills
- excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, self-motivated, empowered organisation
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Influence and cross-functional working in a matrix-structure
- Relevant qualifications and experience
- 10 years+ Commercial and Sales experience
- Omni-channel knowledge
